Hello my name is

Jacquie Michelle. I am a 500 hour E-RYT, teacher trainer, certified children's instructor, studio owner, podcast host, anatomy junkie, movement nerd, kitchen scientist and the founder of BloomingHeartWellness and Little Warriors Yoga School.

I am driven by my passion for healthy, clean living, my firm belief that movement is medicine and for EVERY BODY. It is my goal to inspire people to move and eat well in order to do the things they love the most. You can read my full story here.

BloomingHeartWellness is more than just a resource for movement, healthy living, and clean eating! It has always been my vision for this to be a community where we can find inspiration and support to live the very best versions of our lives!

Join us this Winter



Little Warriors Yoga School

Join us for the first session of this comprehensive exploration on teaching yoga to the littlest members of your tribe. This 30 hour training will cover a wide variety of topics related to teaching yoga, health and wellness to children from birth-20 years of age. Registration is now OPEN!!

The first section of this training will be offered February 8-10 at Body Bliss Yoga Studio in Beautiful Washougal, Washington.

Fuel your body:

We have been building this recipe collection for a long time. We aim to have whole food recipes here that will fit any way of eating and will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

This month with the cooler, darker nights it is definitely soup and stew season! This months recipe is a quick and easy mid week meal idea that will warm up the whole family.
