Hello my name is
Jacquie Michelle. I am a 500 hour E-RYT, teacher trainer, certified children's instructor, studio owner, podcast host, anatomy junkie, movement nerd, kitchen scientist and the founder of BloomingHeartWellness and Little Warriors Yoga School.
I am driven by my passion for healthy, clean living, my firm belief that movement is medicine and for EVERY BODY. It is my goal to inspire people to move and eat well in order to do the things they love the most. You can read my full story here.
