This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of LiveWell Camas (“we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with our website at www.livewellcamas.com (the “Website”), the LiveWell Camas social media pages including Facebook and Instagram (“the Socials”), as well as when you interact with other aspects of LiveWell Camas business including our in-person events and classes, email communications, and other offline interactions with us (collectively, with the Website, the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy also describes how your information is collected, used and shared when you interact with the Sites or make purchases on the Website; as well as the choices available to you, with respect to this information.

Acceptance of Privacy Policy and Changes to Privacy Policy

When you access, browse or use the Sites, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use the Sites and must discontinue use of the Sites immediately.  

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make  changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Website. You can see when the Privacy Policy was last revised by referring to the "Updated" date at the top of this page. We also may provide notification of changes in another way that we believe is reasonably likely to reach you, such as through email (if you have provided us with your email address), direct message, or in another manner.

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the new terms and/or upon implementation of the new changes on the Sites, or as otherwise indicated at the time of the posting. Any material changes in how we use your information will apply only to information collected thereafter, unless we provide you with notice or obtain your consent in accordance with applicable law.

Information We Collect

We collect information about you that helps us identify and interact with you when you access, browse or use the Sites, when you sign up for LiveWell Camas resources, classes, or events (“Services”), when you create an account on the Website or respond to a survey, and when you communicate with us. This information includes personally identifiable information, such as your name or email, which can be used to personally identify you, and non-personal information, such as your IP address or time zone, which does not allow for a direct association with you. 

The information we collect may include your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, payment method, transaction history, and information you voluntarily provide to us when you register for an account or sign up for classes or events with LiveWell Camas. 

When you visit the Sites, we also collect information about your device, including the operating system, internet service, the domain name from which you accessed the Sites, internet connection speed and duration, device type and unique identifier, web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the date and time of your visit, the duration of your visit, individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Sites, the number of times you return to the Sites, click stream and usage data, and other information about how you interact with the Sites. 

How We Collect Your Information

We collect information from you and about you during your online and offline interactions with LiveWell Camas and the Sites, including when you and/or your representative(s):

• Access, browse, or use the Sites;

• Contact us by email or direct message;

• Interact with us or other users on the Alive with Dani Community forum;

• Sign up to receive emails, alerts, announcements or newsletters;

• Participate in surveys on the Sites;

• Place or cause an order to be placed for a LiveWell Camas class or event; 

• Register for an account on the Website

• Interact with us or our roster of wellness experts, whether in person, on the telephone, or via direct messages or email; and

• Provide or submit information to LiveWell Camas digitally or offline.

The Sites use Google Analytics provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics services use cookies to collect and store aggregated information about users. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your information and we do not disclose your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We do collect your information for limited purposes, including to allow you to make purchases on the Sites and for the business purposes identified below. Your disclosure of this information is voluntary, however, if you choose not to provide the requested information, you may be unable to access, browse or use the Sites, make purchases, or take part in our Services.

We may use your information to:

• Provide you with our Services;

• Enhance, customize, and personalize your online and virtual event experience (including by recognizing you, and/or your device when you return to the Sites);  

• Process, respond to and fulfill any orders, inquiries, and requests (including processing your payment information);

• Contact you with information regarding our Services, including resources, special offers, and events;

• Seek your participation in surveys and solicit feedback on your experience with the Sites and our Services;

• Share anonymous comments and feedback, or, if consent is provided, identifiable comments and feedback;

• Monitor and analyze information regarding your browsing and viewing preferences and diagnose problems with the Sites;

• Develop, deliver, improve, and optimize our content, Sites, and Services;

• Send important notices, such as communications about changes to our terms, conditions and policies;

• Seek to prevent theft, fraud, or other illegal uses of the Sites and Services;

• Participate in legal and regulatory compliance as required by law; and,

• Enforce our Terms of Use.

We also use the information that our third-party vendors collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud for legal, public and security related purposes, and more generally to improve and optimize our Sites and our Services (for example, by analyzing demographics and generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Sites). 

Communications with You

If you have provided LiveWell Camas with your contact information or requested information from us, we may communicate with you through email, text message, the LiveWell Camas community newsletter, the LiveWell Camas membership forum, including through general messages and direct messages, and/or other methods of communication including social media accounts. By submitting your information or request, you agree that we are authorized to send email, direct messages, and other communications to you to respond to your communications and to provide you with information about our services. 

You may opt out of promotional emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each promotional email from us, or by contacting us at hello@livewellcamas.com. Requests to opt-out or unsubscribe submitted via email request may take up to 10 days to process. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, you may not opt-out of receiving communications regarding your purchases, dealings with the Sites, transactions with us or other technical information about the Sites. Where we need your information to provide our services to you or enable the use of the Sites, and if you do not provide this information when requested (or you later ask to delete it), we may not be able to provide you with our Services or the use of our Sites. Additional opt-out instructions are described in Section 8 (“Your Choices”).  

How We Share Your Information with Third Parties

LiveWell Camas will not sell your information or disclose your information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Our Vendors and Site Hosts: We may share your information with LiveWell Camas’s third-party vendors who act on our behalf. For example, we use a third-party vendor, Square Space to design and operate this Site. We also use a third-party vendors, Arketa and Stripe , to process class bookings and payments made through the Sites. We use Mailchimp, an email marketing service provider, to help us communicate with our customers through email and text and to provide targeted online marketing. You also can request that Mailchimp delete certain information it maintains about you by submitting a request to privacy@mailchimp.com. These third parties may need information about you to perform their functions for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Other Site Uses: You may be able to submit User-Generated Content (“UGC”) on or through the Sites. UGC refers to content that you post using the social and interactive tools made available to you through the Sites. Any personal information contained in UGC can be read, collected, or used by LiveWell Camas and others. We may use the UGC you submit for promotional purposes on our Sites and/or in our advertising, and you hereby license the UGC you submit to us. Because the UGC you submit may be used by us or others, you should have no expectation of privacy with respect to UGC you submit on or through the Sites. We may or may not use your name in connection with such use, and we may or may not seek your consent before using the content for such purposes. 

Our Analytic Purposes: We also may use Google Analytics as our service provider to help us understand how our customers use our Website. Our Reorganization Purposes: We may share or transfer your information in the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or disposition of all or any portion of our business or operations (including without limitation in connection with bankruptcy or any similar proceedings).

Our Compliance Purposes: We also may share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights, in connection with a suspected violation of the Terms of Use, to investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected illegal activities, fraud or potential threats, or to exercise legal rights or defend against claims, when we believe that doing so may protect your safety or the safety of LiveWell Camas, or others; as otherwise in accordance with or required by law; or as otherwise authorized by you.
